You can acquire and practice the skills necessary to be an effective leader. You can serve as a Club leader, developing skills in planning, training, motivating, and managing. You even can become a District leader, where these skills are further enhanced. You also can participate in the "High Performance Leadership" program (Catalog No. 262), which requires you to conduct a project of your choice in which you serve as a leader. The program provides study material and activities to complete.
The club has 7 officers who form the executive committee. They work in conjunction with other members to achieve club goals.

President:
Delegates tasks, and oversees the running of the club. Sets the Vision, Mission and Values for the club.

V.P. Education:
Organizes weekly meetings. Keeps track of the sign-up sheet and has members sign up for future roles. Keeps abreast of what is going on in the Toastmasters organization and updates everyone on future events.

V.P. Membership:
Schedules membership drives. Encourages guests to join and completes membership forms.
|
|
V.P. Public Relations:
Promotes and advertises the club both internally and externally. Responsible for club newsletter and contacts with local radio, TV and newspapers.

|
Treasurer:
Sets a budget, collects membership dues and renewal fees and works with rest of executive to purchase necessities for the club.

|
Secretary:
Takes minutes of the meetings and records club business, decisions made and motions passed. |
|
Sergeant-At-Arms:
Ensures room setup and maintains club property.
